Shashwat Bharatam - an initiative bringing the Hindus together

Shamit Khemka has always spoken for and contributed to various social initiatives - Shashwat Bharatam. In support of bringing Hindus together, he has also associated himself with Eternal Hindu Foundation (led by Shri K.N. Govindacharya ji). The foundation aims to promote the cultural aspects of Sanatan Dharam and make people aware of the same. The initiative, Shashwat Bharatam, speaks of resurgence of Hinduism and carries no intention to hurt the sentiments of people from other religions. Aiming at educating people for the same, a meeting was recently held which was attended by various intellectuals. Among the attendees were Vedveer Arya (author of "The chronology of Ancient India: Victim of Concoctions and Distortions"), Sanjay Sharma (National Coordinator at Eternal Hindu Foundation), Basavaraja Patil, Vishal Dutt, Jai Dral, Suryakant Kelkar (Convenor, Bharat Raksha Manch).

What was discussed during the meeting?

The meeting had various thinkers speaking on different topics such as the decreasing awareness of Indian cultural heritage, less or no knowledge of Vedic era etc. With the help of presentation, Shri Vedveer Arya and Shri Sanjay Sharma shared insights on the Indian discoveries done during ancient times. Quoting the importance of social media, Shri Sanjay Sharma discussed various ways of how these channels can be used to spread Sanatan Dharam. Furthermore, future plans were also shared during the meeting in support of the same. The planning included the identification of various temples all over India as Nodal Points where people with various skills/ talents will contribute to support/ teach all those in need.
