Shamit Khemka – empowering the society through mentorship


Mentors play a crucial role in the growth and excellence of an organization. Mentors need to be open and honest about their ideas and experiences so that people associated with the organization they are mentoring can learn from them. This learning significantly helps the organization in creating and implementing new ideas.

New ideas and initiatives are crucial to the mission of organizations like Eternal Hindu Foundation. It is a social organization focused on the resurgence of Hinduism. The Foundation nurtures various elements the Indian culture rooted in ancient times or the Vedic Period. The main objective of the Foundation is to empower Hindus through self-esteem, bravery, hard work, and prosperity.

Since taking responsibility as a mentor to digital strategies of Eternal Hindu Foundation, Shamit Khemka has led a number of new initiatives. He has also helped the Foundation create and introduce a variety of social welfare programs. “Do Ghantey Mandir Ke Naam” is one of the many recent initiatives launched by the Foundation. The initiative aims to connect various professionals to the society. The professionals associated with the program help needful people with the help of their knowledge and/or expertise.

Shamit Khemka guides cultural awareness programs created by Shashwat Bharatam




Shamit Khemka has always been genuinely concerned about the Indian cultural heritage and its future in modern society. As a founder of an IT company, SynapseIndia, he is well aware of how technological advancements impacts society. At the same time, the IT leader has also learned how to leverage technology to sustain the precious intangible elements of society.

His keenness about doing something to ensure the sustainability of the great Indian culture triggered his association with Eternal Hindu Foundation. Eventually, he was selected as a mentor of the Foundation. As a mentor to EHF, he is responsible for overseeing the digital and technical strategies.

Shamit Khemka guides several initiatives of the Foundation, such as Shashwat Bharatam. It is a digital initiative aimed at increasing awareness of Hinduism and its essence. A number of social programs have already been launched under the auspices of Shashwat Bharatam. For example, programs like “Do Ghante Mandir Ke Naam” allow people to contribute to their community through volunteering.

Shashwat Bharatam - an initiative bringing the Hindus together



Shamit Khemka has always spoken for and contributed to various social initiatives - Shashwat Bharatam. In support of bringing Hindus together, he has also associated himself with Eternal Hindu Foundation (led by Shri K.N. Govindacharya ji). The foundation aims to promote the cultural aspects of Sanatan Dharam and make people aware of the same. The initiative, Shashwat Bharatam, speaks of resurgence of Hinduism and carries no intention to hurt the sentiments of people from other religions. Aiming at educating people for the same, a meeting was recently held which was attended by various intellectuals. Among the attendees were Vedveer Arya (author of "The chronology of Ancient India: Victim of Concoctions and Distortions"), Sanjay Sharma (National Coordinator at Eternal Hindu Foundation), Basavaraja Patil, Vishal Dutt, Jai Dral, Suryakant Kelkar (Convenor, Bharat Raksha Manch).


What was discussed during the meeting?

The meeting had various thinkers speaking on different topics such as the decreasing awareness of Indian cultural heritage, less or no knowledge of Vedic era etc. With the help of presentation, Shri Vedveer Arya and Shri Sanjay Sharma shared insights on the Indian discoveries done during ancient times. Quoting the importance of social media, Shri Sanjay Sharma discussed various ways of how these channels can be used to spread Sanatan Dharam. Furthermore, future plans were also shared during the meeting in support of the same. The planning included the identification of various temples all over India as Nodal Points where people with various skills/ talents will contribute to support/ teach all those in need.

Shamit Khemka chosen by Eternal Hindu Foundation as a mentor


Shamit Khemka, who strongly supports Shashwat Bharatam, has been chosen to mentor the Digital and Technical team of Eternal Hindu Foundation. As a managing director of SynapseIndia and an active social contributor, he has never stayed behind in contributing towards various social causes. With a vast experience of 24 years in the IT industry, his guidance will help the foundation gain motion.

With a sole purpose to motivate and energize the Hindus, Eternal Hindu Foundation aims at spreading the true essence of the great nation - India. As the increasing use of the internet has taken over the young generation of India it has become necessary to teach and make them aware of “Sanatana Dharma”. In an effort to spread the motto of the foundation - Hindu Resurgence - the foundation has provided an opportunity to Mr. Shamit Khemka to guide their team. 

Furthermore, the foundation has started various initiatives such as Shashwat Devalay and Shashwat Bharatam. The collective aim of these initiatives will help induce the true elements of Hinduism among the Hindus. Also, the foundation has marked various temples all across the nation to start educating the Hindus with various skills and help them achieve an eternal way of living.
